mandarin, or mandalina, is a familiar flavor throughout the middle east, when citrus shows up everywhere; from fresh juices to desserts, and the preserves served at all times of the day. moia's mandalina takes the mandarin's slightly sweeter citrus and subtly infuses it into a crisp, sparkling water that's refreshing and lightly flavored (and the lightly flavored works really well for this one).

made with natural mandarin flavor, this is probably the easiest moia to identify when you taste it. it's subtle, but it's unmistakably mandarin and not some generic orange flavor. and it's consistent, even in the aftertaste. according to moia (and we believe them), it works especially well with fresh salads (veg and fruit alike), or classic dips like labneh or tabouleh.
