not yet, but you can consider us your local store and visit our locations in oakland and santa clara.

we want nothing more than for our products to be available and accessible nationwide. please feel free to share our story with your local stores to get the conversation started!

where are your products made?

all of our products are made at our flagship in oakland, california.

where do you source your ingredients from?

we understand and really value using the absolute best and fresh ingredients we can find because that’s  so we make it a point to source.

is your packaging recyclable?

our glass jars and bottles are 100% recyclable. however, we urge you to take off all labels and the plastic lids on the spice jars before recycling, as they are not recyclable.

how do returns work?

for health safety, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our food products.

however, if you are not happy with your item, feel free to reach out to our team at contact@theshawarmaji.com within 30 days and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

how long does it take an order to ship?

your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. shipping times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and holidays. once your order is fulfilled, you will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment.

my order was supposed to be delivered, but I can’t find it. what should I do?

please double-check your delivery address and the tracking information provided, and if it’s all correct, check in with your shipping provider. if that doesn’t pan out, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you find your order.

do you ship internationally?

unfortunately, due to limited resources as a small, family-run business, we are currently only shipping domestically.

what happens if I entered the wrong address at checkout?

please contact us immediately. we will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed once you’ve placed your order.
