inspired by an olive dip served at one of chef mohammad's favorite greek restaurants, this toum takes on a deeper, earthier flavor with the addition of quality black kalamata olives.

a more mellow and earthy toum, but just as versatile. the chef recommends pairing it with seafood, a charcuterie board, roasted potatoes, crudites, or just classic potato chips.

how many servings does each jar make?
